Job Description
Utilize classified and unclassified analytical tools and expertise to understand and communicate threat assessments to the joint warfighter. Provide NAVWAR operations center support, including 24/7 operations support as required. Prepare and present NAVWAR threat and operational status briefings for senior leadership and ensure coordination with headquarters, Intelligence Community, Allies, and Partner Nations.
ResponsibilitiesReceive operational warfighting requests for information (RFI) and track RFI to resolution.Provide consistent real-time updates of current analyses to existing Intel databases.Develop simulations including technical analyses and assessments to develop recommendations, and maintain system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools.Conduct Modeling and Simulation (M&S) activities in support of analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments.Provide instruction, supervision, and guidance on proper operation and use of NAVWAR analysis and intelligence tools to support constructive, operations, exercise, and virtual training.Conduct technical and operational analyses and assessments to develop recommendations for NAVWAR operations and exercise.Utilize RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models that visualize GPS denial in potentially affected areas.Essential SkillsExpert understanding of intelligence analysis tools, and ability to systematically examine and integrate traditional and non-traditional data sets.Experience conducting multi-discipline intelligence analysis in a deployed PNT environment.Proficiency in RF modeling analysis and simulation software.Understanding of GIANT software is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.Security clearance required.Work Environment
The position is based at Kirtland AFB with a start time between 0630-0830, working an 8-hour shift. Remote work may be approved under specific conditions such as inclement weather. The base provides amenities such as an on-site gym and summer childcare. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
