Dine Development Corporation is looking for an experienced Navy Business Development Lead professional to lead and manage business development and capture efforts directly related to the Navy IT and Engineering market. Must have extensive knowledge of Navy initiatives, missions, and stake holders. As a Navy Capture Manager, your primary responsibility would be to identify and capture new opportunities withing IT and business transformation that are projected to be released from supporting Navy commands like NAVSEA, NAVSUP, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, along with PEO-MLB and PEO-Digital.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Understand the buying habits & acquisition landscape of the Navy along with their strategic priorities and objectivesFamiliarity with Navy contracting vehicles such as Seaport NXGResearch and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities and create a pipeline of qualified opportunitiesUtilize existing Government relationships and contacts to gain key information for growth opportunities and to acquire differentiators for proposals/ develop win themesEducate potential government customers, industry partners, and internal team members on the DDC’S value proposition and the features and benefits of corporate capabilities and available contract vehicle, to include 8(a) tribal benefits and differentiatorsDevelop and execute capture strategies for each opportunity, including identifying potential teaming partners, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing win themesLead and support the proposal development, with focus on the technical response, win themes and develop effective proposal messaging. Additionally, ensure compliance with the solicitation requirements and develop effective proposal messagingDevelop and manage opportunity resources ensuring cost effectivenessCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling value propositions and competitive pricing strategiesParticipate in negotiations with customers and partners to close business opportunities and transition to execution of contractsEngage in relevant industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends, network with potential clients and partners, and gather market intelligence Other duties as assigned Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Minimum of 10 years of experience and a strong understanding of government contractingExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrategic mindset and planning approachAbility to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneouslyExperience in business development, capture management, or proposal developmentFamiliarity with the Navy software, network, and IT infrastructure programs, services, budgets, forecasts, and requirementsAbility to travelMust be a US citizen able to pass a standard background check.
