**Overview**
Navy ERP Financial Support Specialist (C80-2025-22326):
Bowhead seeks a Navy ERP Financial Support Specialist to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division. The contract supports business services in support of Code 80 and other organizations associated with or sponsoring the NSWCCD. The business services include Program Management and Planning, Finance, Logistics, Security, Space Planning, Safety, Administrative Services, Technical Editing, Records Management, and Computer Engineering and IT support.
The Navy ERP Financial Support Specialist provides complex program or financial management support/analyses.
**Responsibilities**
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Provide financial support for Snapshot/Slicer/Analyses Reports via Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
+ Provide financial support via the ERP system.
+ Provide support with basic project structures. Be familiar with Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and Network Activities (NWA). Understand the principles, capabilities, and commonalties of the primary ERP Transactions (T-Codes) CJ20N, CN41, ZRQIS0001, ZRQIS0002, ZRQIS0003, CJI3, CJI5 and CATS_DA. Proficiency with tailoring or customizing ERP T-Codes to support focused and repeated ERP data queries and data exporting. This would include proficiency with creating and maintaining T-Code Layouts and Variants in the ERP system. Knowledge of the scope of each T-Code's available data fields and the utility of the fields therein to recognize where data commonality across T-Codes exists (or not).
+ Help maintain the Financial Variant Tracker (FVT), which manages all of the ERP report coverage. This tool currently includes several macro routines to perform maintenance of the basic content to:
+ (1) maintain aesthetic appearances for the 25 datasets;
+ (2) tabulate master lists to summarize all of the covered items in the FVT;
+ (3) inspect the datasets for consistency, identify unintended duplicate entries, and several other aspects to keep the entire FVT clean and current.
+ Provide financial support for the Direct Project Dashboard via the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
+ Provide day-to-day operations of monitoring and processing of funding as it involves in Dept 80 via the Direct Project Dashboard. Be familiar with the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
+ Create/Maintain Dimensional Data Spreadsheets to support the Direct Project Dashboard. Monitor spending and provide analysis to the Code 80 TPOC Workforce.
**Qualifications**
+ High school degree or equivalent required. Advanced education degree at higher level is highly preferred.
+ Three to five (3-5) years professional experience supporting a Navy customer and suing their systems
+ Should have a strong familiarity and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel’s Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming language, macros, pivot tables, and specialized formulas
+ Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
+ Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Target salary is $90,000/annually to $120,000/annually commensurate with experience
Physical Demands:
+ Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
+ Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
+ Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently have a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
