JOB DESCRIPTIONÂUnder direction, provides technical services in the operationalization and implementation SECADNA Program and does related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Development Officer V, SG 24 in the operation of the Division which has the following functions:
1.    Responsible for providing assistance in the planning, direction and supervision of the SECADNA Program operationalization and implementation;
2.    Consolidate and analyze data and information collected and required for program planning and enhancement;
3.    Assist in the formulation of relevant policies and guidelines for the implementation of the Program;
4.    Assist in the conduct of capability building of SECADNA staff and frontliners at all levels;
5.    Take custody of and maintain the database of Volunteer Senior Citizen Experts (VSCEs) including volunteer applications, curriculum vitae, deployment history and post deployment evaluations, in coordination with relevant units/divisions of the Commission;
6.    Accept and review all applications for VSCEs assistance and endorse such to his/her supervisor for approval;
7.    Prepare covering documentation for VSCE deployment and post-deployment feedback from clients and VSCE; and
8.    Perform such other functions as may be directed by his/her supervisor.
