You have completed a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a directly related role for at least 8 years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a NDE Programs Supervisor in Charlotte, NC (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

Work alongside a team of business development, personnel certification, and other NDE specialists. This position will focus on the development of NDE project business development inputs and maintain the personnel certification program to support projects for our customers in the industry. Actively engage with Framatome’s domestic and international NDE team members and customers and will work alongside and be mentored by one of the nuclear industry’s foremost experts in NDE. Ability to oversee NDE Certification Program. Ability to support of Business Development (BD) Managers including RFQ review, cost input, technical review and A&C strategy input. Thorough understanding of ASME code and nuclear industry regulatory requirements associated with NDE. Knowledge and personal interaction skills to be technical Liaison with the IBR & IBPE organizations. Skill to produce 10 Year look-ahead, by plant, of booked and potential NDE Services Examinations and provide business forecasts.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $115,000 - $157,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
