Detailed documentation of all findings andresults via Quality Control Instruction/Quality Control Chart, QualityNotification or Service Notification via Operating Information Landscape andSAP software systems!** **This specific NDE Technician role will support SiemensEnergy Turbine Service on the 4x10 night. The candidate must be flexible andwork between Generator/Steam (GN/SU) and Gas Turbine (GT). Must be willing towork overtime and weekends as required!** **How You’ll Make an Impact** + **MeetSiemens Energy Level II certification requirements in the specific NDEmethod through testing and passing the specific, general, and practicalexams. Provide objective evidence of hours and level II certificationletter or documentation.** + **Mustbe capable of taking critical to quality (CTQ) dimensional measurements,and parameters utilizing standard and special gauging. Perform NDErequirements to specification or drawing requirement. Be able to documentdetailed findings via a Quality Control Chart/Quality Control Instruction(QCC/QCI) and/or in a power-point presentation format.** + **ValidateNDE paperwork for accuracies in Operation Information Landscape (OIL), andupload NDE reports to Quality Notification/Service Notification (QN/SN’s)via SAP. Build a Quality Notification (QN) within SAP and assign the taskto the Manufacturing engineer/design engineer (ME/DE) as needed.** + **Abilityto confirm their specific operation as complete in Operation InformationLandscape (OIL). and build, verify work/rework, and close their taskassigned via the quality or service notification.** + **TrainQA Technicians on VT, MT, PT requirements to certify and recertify aslevel II and review procedures and specification to provide feedback foredition to ensure compliance.** + **Workwith the level III on new development and applications for the changingenvironment in NDE Technology and train new NDE Technology as required tosupport the business.** + **Workand collaborate with Center of Competence (COC) supervisors, engineers(Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer, & Quality), managers andtechnical managers as required on product specific to that Center ofCompetence or department.** **What You Bring** + **HighSchool Diploma or GED required** + **5+years of NDE experience in Power Generation Industry and inspectionservices both in-process and at final within the Charlotte Siemens EnergyTurbine Services. Experience with gauging, drawings, specification,standard operating procedures.** + **Musthave completed the Career readiness certification requirement, required bySiemens.** + **Preferred:level II certified in VT, PT, MT & UT.
