Introduction

 

As an NDIS Consultant, your key role will be to support our customers to achieve their key goals. You will be responsible for managing the intake and delivery of an integrated disability service that is aimed at providing support to individuals with a permanent disability, to achieve goals in building capacity for independence in the community and at work.

Showcase your knowledge of the NDIS and its core principalsWorking with individuals with a diverse range of permanent disabilitiesDeliver efficient and effective strategies to positively engage with participants leading to positive and successful outcomesAssist individuals with permanent disabilities to access and maintain employment including on-the-job support provisions

About you 

High level of interpersonal communication and sales skillsAn empathetic approach to our participants and be able to build trust and rapportExperience in Disability Services or equivalent qualificationsFlexible, outcome-focused and possess a can-do attitudeExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsCurrent drivers licenceHold a current WWCC and ability to obtain a police check (to be arranged through MAX)
