The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance through step-by-step inspection of products. Strong written communication skills are essential. **Responsibilities:** + Perform inspections using basic dimensional inspection methods and tools such as Vernier calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators. + Review work travelers and ensure compliance with inspection steps. + Work with minimal supervision. + Maintain a positive approach to work and effectively interact in a team-based environment. + Utilize good visual acuity and effective communication skills. + CMM experience is an asset. + Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO) is preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Strong attention to detail. + Oil and gas will be a fit depending on the type of work being done. **Employee Value Proposition (EVP):** Join a health and safety-conscious, clean CNC machine shop with a strong culture focused on achieving goals and operating at full capacity.
