We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments. **Position Scope:** EA Patten is currently looking for a NDT NAS410 Level 2 CR/RT, ET, or PT (certified Level 1s are encouraged to apply). Candidate will be responsible for processing/dispositioning aerospace components through a variety of NDT methods. Candidates may gain certifications in additional methods through OJT and professional development if hired. **Key Responsibilities:** • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications and NDE requirements. • Review, interpret, and communicate inspection data with MRB representatives • Support inspection process development and qualification projects. • Support NDT performance NADCAP and customer audits for quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Help identify and apply continuous improvement • Mentor, train, and support inspectors in training. • Support onsite vendor inspections and/or audits. • Support product conformity across all the Value Streams of the site. • Support calibration, production control and monitoring systems. • Support as needed any required interaction with internal and external systems **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident. • Experience with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering and Quality. • Experience with quality standards including AS9145, AS9100D, ISO9001 or equivalent. • Level 1-2s certified in X-Ray (certified FPI, Eddy Current and Ultrasonic Testing also encouraged to apply) with 1+ years of experience as a NAS410 certified NDT personal • Must be able to interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Must be familiar with NAS 410 / ASTM specifications. **Other positive but not required Qualifications:** • Experience with Lean Six Sigma. • Experience with advanced structures (aerospace). • Able to communicate and make presentations to senior/executive level leadership. • Advanced Education in applicable methods or professional degree. • Detail and bench inspection **Benefits & Perks** You’ll get competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits plan that includes medical, dental, life, vision, wellness program, disability, 401k, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off, including paid vacation, holidays & personal days, and tuition reimbursement.
