Join our team in Lemoore, CA, and make a difference in aircraft maintenance with your expertise in Non-Destructive Testing! Key Responsibilities: + Ensure the quality of Field Operations QMS through active engagement in aircraft maintenance activities. + Perform specialized non-destructive Eddy current testing (ECT) and Mobile Automated Scanner System (MAUS) inspections. + Conduct audits as per the 4790.2 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP). + Perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA). + Support Safety and Quality investigations. + Manage non-conformance data using client software tools. + Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives. + Assist in metrics development and present them in required meetings. Basic Qualifications: + Active Secret Clearance + Certified NAS 410 in MAUS and Eddy current testing (ECT). + 5+ years of experience in NDT Quality Testing. + Understanding of AS9100 Quality Assurance Management system. + Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: + AA degree in a related NDT discipline. + Experience in aircraft heavy maintenance. + 5+ years of experience with F/A-18E/F maintenance and COMNAVAIRINST 4790.2 Series quality assurance programs. + Proficiency in working with composites and non-porous metals. + Experience with schematics, specifications, engineering drawings, and standard operating procedures. + Skilled in using structures hand tools and working on heavy structures. An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
