About You

You will be responsible for overseeing the sales of equipment products and services, leading a team to achieve revenue goals. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the equipment industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to analyze market data and develop sales strategies.

Willingness to travel as needed.
