Job Description

The Nearshore service line Manager is responsible for the management and marketing of the respective business line function; also responsible for all projects carried out by the company.Drive, implement and facilitate a domestic structure, organisation, process and systems where people at all levels live and breathe Fugro’s core values.Strong and proven experience in jack-up and barges operationsFamiliar with local requirements (Marine and Legal)Experience with jack-up and barges operations (project management, Marine and Geotechnical operations)Developing and delivering the short-term, mid-term service line strategy Deliver on P&L of the Nearshore service line. Interact with the Regional Business Line Director, Global Service Line Director  on strategic issues and capex decisions.Successfully applying innovative solutions. This profile is also dependent on the size and level of the Service Line (subject to approval by ELT).Coordinate activities with other geographies and other service lines for expertiseDefine, implement and deliver structure, process and systems.Drive professional and career development of people in the service lineEnsure optimal deployment of people, locations, and assets

Job Requirements:

Degree in Marine Survey, Engineering or related technical fieldPreferably with business management skills8-15 years work experience in Nearshore drilling, Marine environment3-8 years in General Project Management and Tender preparationsCommercial Acumen and experience facing ClientsLanguages: Proficient in English and preferred but not essential in Tagalog
