As a Nurse Aide, you will provide essential assistance and support to our clients in Pearl City, working 32-40 hours per week. Your role will involve helping clients with personal care tasks, medication management, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and creating a safe and clean environment for them. Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions. Assist with mobility and transferring clients. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients. Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. Requirements: Previous experience as a Nurse Aide or in a similar role. Valid CPR and First Aid certifications. Two references from previous employers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Proof of a clear TB test taken within the last year. CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a plus.
