Job Summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking highly motivated Nurse Aides / Certified Caregiver to join our team at our Liliha and Kane'ohe Facilities. The successful candidate will provide quality and compassionate care to elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes. This individual must be dedicated to ongoing client satisfaction while ensuring that the most current standards of care are maintained.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $18 to 20 per hour for NA / Up to $22 per hour for CNAs
• Paid Weekly
 

Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling
Choose your own shifts
Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe and effective care to elderly customers in their home environment
• Follow the individualized care plan while meeting the needs of the client
• Assist clients with their daily living activities such as, dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring, and activities of daily living
• Maintain a safe environment within the client's home
• Encourage clients to maintain independence to the best of their ability
• Report changes in the client's condition to the team coordinator
• Regularly document the care delivered and other relevant information


Requirements

• Currently hold Nurse Aides/Certified Caregiver certification
• 1+ years of previous experience insame field or similar field
• Knowledge of safety regulations and state and federal laws
• Valid Driver's License
• Friendly, empathetic and organized with a commitment to providing exceptional care
• Ability to work autonomously when necessary and as part of a team
