     学习并按照SOP操作生产设备 Follow Employee Behavior Discipline  & company ‘ relative  discipline        遵守员工行为准则和公司相关规章制度 Manufacture according to production plan      按生产计划生产相应订单 Co-ordinate with supervisor for emergency arrangement.

配合主管进行紧急事件安排

Coorperation with other department according to supervisor’s instruction

按主管要求与其他部门协调合作

 

Maintenance/5S 设备 /5S

Implement shift  Daily maintenance and 5S

执行设备日常维护及保养，做好日常5S。

Being keep knowing and master the working condition of the machine, update the technical parameters in time, ensure the machine can operate well.

时刻了解和掌握预刺机台的工作状况，对各机台的技术参数及时更新，确保机台正常运行。

Follow and put the maintenance schedule for the key components of the machine into practice.

跟踪并落实预刺机台的重要部件的保养计划。

Check the working condition for each assistance parts, complete daily maintenance and repair. 检查各辅助机件的工作情况，做好日常维护和维修。Maintain production evrionment cleaning    保持生产环境整洁。
