Job Description

This position requires a highly motivated person to lead the day-to-day execution activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation.

Role Objectives:

Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital and print for clients in the Technology and Financial sectorsPlays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and reportingTraining/Support for Assistant Planners in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and researchAssist in presentation of data, insights and media to clientsCraft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate valueManage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliationsDraw actionable insights off syndicated data from Prisma and DCMBuild relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media planCreate dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clientsMaintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms across platform: Medialets, Vindico, DFAPrepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelinesConquer Magazine Positioning ReportsContinuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation

QualificationsB.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science1+ years of media buying/planning experienceAgency experience highly preferredExperience planning digital campaigns for products in both the B2C and B2B space and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in-personMust have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skillsMust have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skillsMust be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc, Prisma, and DCMMust possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $62,400 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
