Clinical Care
Administrative Duties
Medical Records: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients’ conditions, treatments, and progress. Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, governmental regulations, and industry standards for neonatal care. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of neonatal nurses, medical students, and residents, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.Continuous Education
Professional Development: Stay current with the latest advancements in neonatology through continuing medical education, attending conferences, and reading scientific journals. Research: Participate in or conduct research studies aimed at improving neonatal care and outcomes.How we'll support you:
Compensation: Our competitive compensation consists of an initial base salary of $370,000. We are also offering a $25,000 sign on bonus. Relocation between $10,000-$20,000 available to applicable candidates.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements
Medical Degree: A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Residency: Completion of a pediatric residency program. Fellowship: Additional specialized fellowship training in neonatology. Board Certification: Board certification in neonatology by a recognized medical board (e.g., the American Board of Pediatrics).
