Nespresso Key Account Manager - Hospitality

We are looking for a **Key Account Manager – Hospitality** to work with the **Nespresso Professional** team. Your main mission will be to ensure the execution of the Key Account channel strategy defined at HQ seeking high visibility and best-in-class service within larger key accounts. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** **Market Insight** + Analyze and understand the macro eoconomics and foresee future trends; + Understand the Hotel segment, collect insights regarding main chain customers, consumer and trade insights via implementation and mastery of all available market analytical tools. Leverage this know-how to the HQ. **Establish the Sales strategy** + Implement a growth strategy and recommend actions to meet goals; + Develop a detailed Key Account operational plan: volume, value, P&L follow-up and reporting; + Set annual key account plan with high level targets of get, keep and increase; + Look and prospect for new accounts ,assess their potential and develop them; + Seek for long term agreements. **Manage relationship with Accounts** + Build strong relationship with existing and new accounts nurture positive and efficient long term relationship to ensure the consistent application of the strategy; + Training of Customers - Business Academy. **Excel in execution** + Define and agree promotional activities. Liaise and co-ordinate with Trade Marketing Manager to organize those activities; + Forecast management, ensuring accurate sell-out forecast per customer and implementing the contract terms; + Ensure perfect coordination of logistics operations towards KAs in collaboration with SC and TQM. **Premium Brand Values and Customer Experience** + Ensure consistency of the Nespresso Brand; + Ensure a professional sales service in accordance with the Nespresso brand image; + Optimize brand equity and visibility through the Nespresso Experience, brand exposure and product trials. **Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations** + Ensure that all commercial B2B activities are managed according to Nestlé and Nespresso business principles; + Execute international commercial guidelines (e.g. Sales and Trade Terms, Channel guidelines, SF remuneration, etc.); + Guarantee Nespresso B2B quality standards; + Coordinate with accounting to secure accurate payment from KAs. **ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** + Minimum 4 years of cross-functional experience gained through participation in different projects; + Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages; + Strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty; + Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure; + Ability to work with a field team; + Excellent verbal and written communication style; + Strong interpersonal skills; + Creativity, open mind, work across the boundaries; + Strong planning/project management skills; + Excellent analytical skills; + Ability to act independently respecting company policies, guidelines and strategies; + Attention to details and precision.
