Power Engineering Services, a Quanta Services company, is looking an experienced NETA Technician 3 or 4 to join our team in Converse, TX.

 

The NETA Technician 3 or 4 at Power Engineering will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing technical services operations within the organization. They will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems, particularly those adhering to NETA 3 standards, are installed, maintained, and repaired effectively and safely. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do Be the primary point of contact for all field service issues/requestsAssist inside sales with estimating needs by providing technical guidance.Become a primary point of contact for all matters associated with field services.Prepare senior technicians for jobs that are assigned to them.Provide on-site technical support as needed.Provide technical/hands-on training.Determine technician qualifications in conjunction with senior leadership. What You'll Bring Associates degree in a technical fieldBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, preferredNETA certification level 3 or 4 (required).Proven experience in technical services management, with a focus on electrical systems and NETA 3 standards.In-depth knowledge of electrical testing procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Proficiency in relevant software applications for project management, documentation, and data analysis What You'll Get
