NetApp technical administrator is responsible for delivering proactive- and preventive support on NetApp systems. The role requires a deep understanding of the company's offerings for NetApp managed Services and the NetApp portfolio. You work closely with the Arrow technical Support team and our customers. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a passion for IT-services and technologies and the ambition to grow.
What you will do:
Continuity NetApp systems installed at our customers premises and / or CloudExecuting Central Deployment ServicesReporting activities on a monthly basis to our customersActing on system alerts-/support tickets and/or customer (change) requestsAct as the technical contact person / advisor for our customers. Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering and support and NetApp support center to provide a high-quality customer experience.Keeping up to date with industry trends, technology trends and the NetApp Roadmap to our strong customer experience.Who we are looking for:
Education in ICT At least 2 years of experience in with similar responsibilities, with a focus on data storage or managed servicesGood knowledge of NetApp products and services, including data storage and data management solutions or willing to learn thru internal education / learning on the job. Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or Google) is preferred.Knowledge of ITIL / AGILE is nice to have for future growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.Ability to work independently and in an international team environment.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.Really good proficiency in French and English.What we offer:
