OverviewSummary
The NetSuite Architect is responsible for designing and implementing NetSuite solutions that meets C1’s needs. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite's architecture, modules, and integration capabilities, as well as the ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
Designs NetSuite solutions that align with business requirements and best practicesCollaborates with the Portfolio team to analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and/or technical specificationsWorks closely with Portfolio team to ensure development tickets are refined enough to be picked up with members of the development teamProvides architectural oversight and technical guidance for all NetSuite customizations, workflows, scripts, and integrations with other systemsProvides technical guidance and support to development team membersEnsured the scalability and performance of NetSuite solutionsDevelops and maintains NetSuite technical roadmaps based on C1 strategy and NetSuite product roadmapDefines and provides technical oversight for system audits and performance tuning to optimize NetSuite capabilitiesStays up-to-date with NetSuite releases and new features, recommending enhancements as necessaryTrains and mentors team members on NetSuite best practices and architectureWorks closely with the Portfolio team to ensure the SDLC and change management processes are being followed using ADO and code management best practicesOversees release management of code and related objects between environments, and alignment across the technical team on the releasesWrites technical documentation for release and continuous improvements QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience with NetSuite, including architecture and development.Strong understanding of NetSuite modules: WMS, Core Financials, CRM, and eCommerce.Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes and end to end functionality for business teams that utilize NetSuiteProficiency with REST, SOAP, and other middleware frameworks for integrations.Proficiency with SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0 / 2.1 and applicable web applicationsAdvanced knowledge of SuiteFlow and Big Data extraction and import with NetSuiteAdvanced experience with using ADO and code management practicesExperience with CI/CD pipelines, and other deployment strategies for SaaS softwareExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholdersHigh Analytical skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to multitask effectively and work against tight deadlinesMust have excellent written and verbal communicationsExcellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientationA strong desire to learn, grow and teach othersProactive at identifying issues and bringing them to the attention of the teamAble to work in a team fostered environmentAbility to prioritize, plan and execute work assignmentsAbility to engage consistently with the team and drive conversations

Pay Range
$100,000 - $130,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
