Description Job Description: We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Implementation Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. The expert will be responsible for managing and executing the complete lifecycle for a NetSuite implementation that includes understanding business requirements, designing a solution, and delivering the project timely. Responsibilities: + Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, efficient NetSuite business solutions. + Manage and execute full lifecycle implementations, including process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. + Work directly with the project team and clients gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals. + Convert requirements into functional specifications and detailed testing scenarios used for scripts and testing. + Train end-users on how to effectively use the NetSuite system, including creating user guides and documents. + Regularly engage in on-going project reviews to ensure project deliverables are on time and meet business expectations. + Support the integration of other systems and tools into NetSuite. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related technical field. + Proven experience with NetSuite implementation projects. + NetSuite certifications preferred. + Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices related to Accounting, Inventory Management, and Customer Relationship Management. + Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively interface with all levels of business professionals. + Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment. + Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
