The Global Sales Productivity (GSP) team’s mission is to develop every seller in the NetSuite community to reach their potential and improve sales performance through strategic, premier learning experiences. GSP is responsible for enabling hundreds of sellers and managers every year across the sales organization, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Direct Sales, Account Management, and Channel organizations. This position will report into the Director of SDR and Leadership enablement programming.
NetSuite's Global Sales Productivity program prepares recent college graduates and light professionals for an exciting and rewarding sales career in the highly competitive cloud-business arena. The 12–18-month program is designed to train SDRs on all things sales and NetSuite while they perform lead generation/inside sales activities for NetSuite’s sales teams.
Responsible for delivering training on Oracle methodologies or product/solutions to sales and sales consulting personnel. Ensures successful delivery of training engagements with a high level of satisfaction. Provides sales or Oracle domain expertise in one or more skills or solution areas. Work with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Development and other counterparts to facilitate training content development and delivery. Become the knowledge expert on areas of delivery.
About the Role:
You will develop and deliver sales acumen onboarding and ongoing curriculum for SDRs. Content formats include a combination of live virtual and live in-person; small group (10-30) and large group (50-300+) settings, as well as self-paced e-learning format. You will work in close partnership with the extended Global Sales Productivity team to create cohesive programming across sales teams (SDR, Direct Sales, Account Management, and Channel) and regions (NOAM, EMEA, JAPAC and LAD) You will work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Oracle Enablement, Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Solutions Consulting, Revenue Insights and other Valuable Teams.Profile:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including closing experience; sales management and/or enablement experience highly preferred; tech sales background highly preferred Strong communication (written, oral) skills Excellent presentation/facilitation skills Ability to navigating multiple internal departments and lead without formal authority Strategic problem solving on a global scale Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; project management experience Strong sense of urgency to complete projects on time with competing priorities Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to run and adapt in an ever-changing work environment E-learning software experience, CRM experience, and project management experience preferredIf this sounds like you, we hope to meet you!
