You will manage a hybrid team of 8-9 Account Management sales professionals in our AMO General Business vertical group. This role is based out of Denver, CO or Santa Monica, CA and comes with a commitment to be in person three times per week for collaboration and new-hire support.

You are responsible for developing and managing the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas. Teach, coach and mentor successful sales professionals to develop in their careers. Recruit, train, and coach the team in both sales strategy and NetSuite product knowledge. Monitoring demand generation and sales activity and tracking the results. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.About You:
You have at least 3 years of closing experience and/or sales management experience within SaaS/Technology sales and a desire to succeed. A strong understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions, e-commerce, ERP, or CRM in a sales capacity is essential, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale. You are a regular on your company’s top producer’s list and have the stats to back it up. You have strong leadership capabilities and experience in sales coaching and mentoring. You are known for your tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication. You enjoy learning technology and can translate that into value for prospects. You’re curious, insightful, and perceptive. You live in Austin or Santa Monica.About the Team:
