Description We are in search of a Network Administrator to join our team based in Beloit, Wisconsin. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity within the tech industry. As a Network Administrator, you will be tasked with managing and improving network systems, ensuring efficient routing and segmentation, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Oversee the operation and performance of network infrastructures, ensuring optimal functionality. • Plan and execute network migrations, focusing on the bigger picture and being an effective problem solver. • Regularly interact with customers, providing top-notch service and resolving network-related inquiries. • Implement configuration changes and system patching as necessary for system enhancement. • Manage and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches, ensuring network reliability and efficiency. • Work with various technologies such as Citrix, Dell, Firewall, and Microsoft 365 Enterprise. • Utilize active directory and backup technologies to maintain accurate customer credit records. • Assist with network projects, including the setup and deployment of hardware. • Implement and manage firewalls for network security. • Maintain knowledge of O 365 and D365, using these tools to optimize network systems. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Network Administrator role or similar. • Proficiency in handling Cisco Routers and familiarity with Cisco Technologies. • Skilled in using Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies. • Extensive knowledge of Firewall Technologies and Active Directory. • Proficiency in Backup Technologies and Computer Hardware. • Demonstrated experience in Configuration Management and Deployments. • Capable of Basic Network Troubleshooting and Segmentation. • Familiarity with Aruba and 365 Enterprise. • Proficient in using Office 365, O 365, and D365. • Experience with Patching and System Patching. • Knowledge of Network Switches, Router Switches, and other Switches.
