Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Network Administrator in the service industry, based in Addison, Texas. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing technical support to our team, troubleshooting system and network issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience for all levels of management. Responsibilities: • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, demonstrating the ability to maintain and troubleshoot network systems. • Solid understanding of Citrix Technologies, with the capability to manage and optimize virtualized environments. • Expertise in Cloud Technologies, including design, implementation, and management of cloud-based systems. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies, showcasing the ability to handle and resolve hardware and software issues. • Experience in Firewall Technologies, ensuring the security, integrity, and high availability of data. • Demonstrated knowledge in AB Testing, to optimize system performance and user experience. • Proficiency in Active Directory, managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights. • Expertise in Backup Technologies, ensuring data redundancy and recovery in the event of system failures. • Experience in Cluster Analysis, providing insights to improve system efficiency and performance. • Knowledge in Computer Hardware, demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer systems. Requirements • Handle technical support queries via telephone and email, providing efficient and effective resolution. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical issues, tracking and monitoring problems for timely resolution. • Perform installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting tasks for server, workstation, and connectivity issues. • Manage and support user experience across all management levels. • Provide regional support across point-to-point VPN and manage VoIP and SIP endpoints. • Handle additional IT-related tasks as required. • Administer tasks related to Active Directory and Data Center VMs. • Support on-premise SAN, NAS, Barracuda, HP 3PAR, and related peripherals. • Configure and support Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto firewall. • Maintain and configure Windows user base and related portable devices. • Work with Office 365 Tenant and Azure resources.
