The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented IT professional skilled in network and telephony support. They troubleshoot escalated issues, coordinate assignments, and assist with projects while serving as the first point of contact for the IT helpdesk. Experience with MDM (Intune preferred), Meraki wireless, and cloud-based tools like RingCentral or NICE is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary of $50K–$65K, based on experience.
Required Skills & Experience Troubleshooting network and telephony issues LAN/WAN, routing, and switching knowledge VOIP telephony and Meraki wireless experience MDM and device management (Intune preferred) Network outage response and basic troubleshooting Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Strong communication and user support skills Desired Skills & Experience Cloud-based telephony tools (RingCentral, NICE, InContact) Network preventative maintenance experience Mobile device troubleshooting and management Project-based network support What You Will Be Doing
