Abacus Technology is seeking a Network Administrator to provide technical support for UC server infrastructure at Fort Bragg.  This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi hosts, Windows Server 2019 (or higher), Linux servers, and SQL databases.Monitor server performance, logs, and resource utilization to ensure optimal operations.Perform daily system maintenance, backups, and security patches for UC server infrastructure.Ensure compliance with RMF and DISA STIGs for all UC systems.Apply and maintain DISA STIG configurations for UC servers and supporting network infrastructure.Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls to ensure secure authentication and authorization.Support ACAS, HBSS, and endpoint security configurations.Diagnose server connectivity issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks.Perform network performance tuning, log analysis, and troubleshooting using management tools.Ensure redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery measures are implemented and tested.Support network migrations, firmware/software updates, and system enhancements.Respond to service tickets related to UC servers, VoIP integrations, and network configurations. Qualifications

3+ years experience in network administration and unified communications server support.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field desired.  Must be Security+ certified (or hold an equivalent certification in compliance with IAT Level II).  Must hold a Cisco certification (e.g. CCNA) or be able to obtain within six months of start date.  Experience leading teams in the installation and configuration of UC server infrastructure.  Strong background in managing and securing Windows Server 2019 (or higher), VMware ESXi, and Linux environments.  Proficient in network troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and cybersecurity best practices.  Extensive knowledge of network communications hardware, software, and multi-protocol environments.  Able to train local users and IT staff on UC server management and best practices.  Experience with DoD IT environments, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Active Directory administration preferred.  Hands-on experience with network security tools, ACAS, HBSS, and STIG compliance desired.  Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to variable workload and job duties.  Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization.  Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
