Certifications: CompTIA Security+CE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field desired.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Minimum ten (10) years of experience. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in person and remotely, resolving and documenting solutions. Monitor backups and maintenance logs. Answer calls or tickets to support end users with applications, hardware, software, and networking. Create end user documentation and knowledge base articles.
