**Description** Leidos is seeking Network Administrators who will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, support and maintenance of networks, including associated hardware. The position requires monitoring and updating current and new systems, implementing critical system patches, responding to incidents, scheduling O&M activities and coordination of all customer related issues. The position requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. The candidate must be able to work in a high energy environment and adapt to shifting priorities. **A Network Administrator on the I3TS program typically performs the following duties:** + Perform administration duties for multiple networks and devices including routers, switches, encryption devices, and other related network equipment. + Perform troubleshooting of network and connectivity issues with network devices on the LAN, and coordinate troubleshooting with partners on WAN circuits. + Install, maintain, and/or repair network infrastructure (i.e., patching and running copper and fiber cables, installing raceway such as Panduit). + Comment on system changes through Technical Review Boards (TRB) in a professional manner. + Assist with required security posture on all network equipment in accordance with DoD and local command mandates and requirements, including updates, STIGs, IOS upgrades, and other basic network security requirements. + Assist Service Desk Technicians and System Administrators with Tier I and Tier II troubleshooting as needed. + Document the network (such as with Visio); and monitor networks with network monitoring tools (such as Solarwinds). **Basic Qualifications Typically Include:** + Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of work experience or a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in lieu of a degree. + Active DoD Top Secret Clearance + Possess and maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, etc.) + Network support experience using ServiceNow or other ticketing and incident management systems. + Familiarity and practical application of advanced principles of ITIL/ITSM. + Excellent written and communication skills required, excellent customer service aptitude. + Ability to present to executive management system debriefs and root cause analysis reports. + Experience managing Cisco and Juniper routing/switching components and software. + Experience using Microsoft Visio to document network configuration and changes. + Knowledge of security policies and general vulnerabilities management. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with 802.1x, Software Defined Networking, and Cloud-based networking. ****Please disregard the salary range listed.
