About the role:
As a Network Analyst, you’ll work with large, complex network systems and help maintain the infrastructure that’s critical to the world of global fintech. This will involve upgrading systems and software and deploying network devices such as routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls. You are the end-to-end owner of network infrastructure. You design and manage network security frameworks to support all hosted environments. You own information security and network reliability and they are at the core of your thought processes.

What you will be doing

• Follows documented network services processes and procedures – identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements.

• Performs customer service duties and responds to customer requests as defined by management, completing assignments in a timely manner with an acceptable level of quality.

• Prepares activity reports as requested by management.

• Provide clear customer communication updates in relation to manage the network delivery of customers services.

• Maintains network services documentation related to work area.

• Use knowledge of Networking to help understand requirements and coordinate implementation of tickets by resources with different skill sets.

• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Creates Minutes of meetings. Uses excel to report progress on various projects.

• Manage outlook email inbox.
• Other related duties assigned as needed
 

What you bring

• Knowledge of network technologies, e.g., routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, network and routing protocols, DNS

• Knowledge of basic IT technologies, e.g., operating systems, network devices, software development and architecture

• Ability to understand and apply technical concepts

• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Flexibility, versatility, dependability

• Experience and proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Service NOW

• CCNA or JNCIA Certification or this level of Networking knowledge is a plus

• Experience implementing changes in Network Devices such as Cisco, Palo Alto or Juniper, Infoblox is a plus
