Job Description

We're looking for a new colleague to join our Aftermarket team in Belgrade. You will join our team working as a Network and Fleet Management Expert for commercial vehicles (CV) transmission.

 

Your tasks as Network and Fleet Management Expert:

 

Carrying out installations, maintenance and repairs of ZF Commercial Vehicle products Training and support of customers in the operation and maintenance of ZF CV products Performing failure analysis and problem solving Preparation of technical reports and documentation Collaborate with the technical support team and other departments to resolve customer issues Participation in trade fairs and training courses for continuous education

 

Your profile as Network and Fleet Management Expert:

 

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering Several years of professional experience in technical field service or in a similar position In-depth knowledge of the installation, maintenance and repair of ZF Commercial Vehicle products preferable  High willingness to travel and flexibility (in country and CEE region) and a valid driving license Strong customer and service orientation, independent and structured way of working, good communication skills and ability to work in a team Experience in handling special technical equipment or systems in the industry Knowledge of network technology and MS Office Fluent English is mandatory, German is a plus
