THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Network & Telephony Infrastructure, Specialist who:
• Ensure Network System and Telephony Operate Smoothly, Robustly, and Scalable
• Responsible for planning and optimizing the integration of telephony and network services, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and daily performance and availability of the organization’s network.
• Ensuring Successful Delivery, High Quality, and Sustainability of Solutions to Achieve Customer Satisfaction in Network and Telephony Implementation
• Ensuring All Network and Telephony-Related Systems and Activities Comply with Company Standards and Policies
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage internal and external communications, serving as the primary contact for business issue escalations.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain communication systems, including servers, LAN, WAN, intranet, security, and telecommunications systems, to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform BCP checks related to network and telephony, including updates for LAN, WAN, and internet systems, to ensure the company's BCP plan is accurate and usable in contingency situations.
• Conduct diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, resolve network problems and outages, and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken.
• Manage the network equipment inventory, ensuring all spare parts are in good condition and ready for replacement.
• Monitor vendor and contractor performance and quality for network and telephony devices and services.
• Manage the implementation of network and telephony for setting up new branches, GA, or any new project implementations to ensure that all aspects related to LAN, WAN, PBX, and internet systems are well-prepared and completed on time.
• Follow operational processes (e.g., procedures and user guides) to ensure end-users are up to date.
• Provide on-site and telephonic technical services necessary to ensure the continuing operation and optimization of the network.
• Monitor and report on all network and telephony systems and devices to ensure 100% adherence to company standards and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor degree in Computer Science.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Network System Administration and IT Infrastructure
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Contact Center (Genesys, Cisco, 3CX, etc.)
• CCNP ENCOR/SD-WAN/SECURITY/COLLABCORE
• Knowledge of Wireless Cisco, Meraki Clouds, and Genesys Cloud
• Understanding of VMware, AWS, and Azure (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and executive leadership.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to ensure that network solutions meet the needs of our customers and drive business value.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively.
