Role Overview:

The primary function of this role is to provide technology leadership in Managed Network Security Services solutions. This role requires expertise in implementing and customizing network security services, utilizing LAN/WAN network security solutions such as firewall security, VPN, and network access control, to meet client business needs. The role requires adaptability to evolving business demands and a proactive approach to resolving customer technology challenges, ensuring alignment with business outcomes. As a technical specialist, you will offer troubleshooting expertise and work as a core team member on technical engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership: Provide consulting expertise on complex delivery projects, encompassing scoping, planning, assessment, and design of network security solutions. Service Development: Contribute to the growth of Networking and Security services by collaborating with the Offering team on technical research and practice documentation. Pre-Sales Support: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Networking Services, providing expertise on complex solutions and assisting with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Team Collaboration: Work effectively in teams, offering guidance to team members and technical support for customers during software and hardware upgrades. Take on leadership responsibilities to drive support and solution delivery as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 12+ years in Enterprise Networking, focusing on LAN/WAN and Data Center Networking. 10+ years as a network architect and/or engineer. Proven track record in delivering enterprise networking deployment and design projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in LAN/WAN/WLAN network solutions. Advanced troubleshooting experience in internetworking. Working knowledge of private/public cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
