Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Network Architect in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO. Summary: The Network Architect will be responsible for research, architecture, and engineering activities that maintain and enhance the company's telecommunications hardware, software, and services. The Network Architect collaborates with product, engineering, and operation teams to create technical requirements for newly proposed products and services and will deliver proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the proposed technologies and works with the teams to deploy these technologies. Responsibilities: * Work on the creation of next generation DOCSIS technology specifications and usecases to enable better subscribers QoE * Help to manage vendors with products and service deliverables based on business requirements and internal customer requests * Must show track record of leadership and innovation via previously published technical papers and granted patents * Clearly communicate in writing as well as verbally, properly represent the company in Cablelabs and SCTE standards bodies, and write technical papers for conferences in the cable industry
