Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Create HLD's and LLD's
• Good understanding of CASB, SSE, Palo Alto and Fortinet.
• Collaborate with senior architects to participate in infrastructure initiatives and projects.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure components.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts to maintain service quality.
• Participate in the development and enforcement of infrastructure standards and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles
• Experience in participating in infrastructure projects
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies
• Proficiency in infrastructure architecture platforms, virtualization technologies, and configuration management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and practices
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications (i.e., CCNA, ACSA CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Zscaler, F5)
