As a **Network Coordinator** what will your main responsibilities be: 1) Reaching out to providers to obtain required documents to credential providers. Along with a copy of the LA Care Provider Orientation Handbook and Training along with the Attestation form. 2) Obtain the completed copies of the required credentialing documents and Attestation forms back from providers. 3) Upload into the required documents into database and submit to cred. 4. Once credentialed send provider to the next step. 5.) Step depends on the CDO provider is being added.
