Summary: Seeking a Network Development Operations Analyst to manage SharePoint sites, track KPIs, and support service dealer setup.

Job Requirements:

BS in Business or related field

Advanced MS Office experience, specifically Excel

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Strong customer-facing skills/experience

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data governance strategies

Familiarity with SAP for invoicing and PO entry

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain team SharePoint site and folder structure

Track and manage regional KPIs for all functions

Lead interface for support functions related to service dealer setup

Manage small contract modifications and third-party service provider cost tracking

Identify process improvement opportunities and propose system modifications

Support site coordination including executive travel and local team events

Track inventory, provide updates, and recommend trends/issues to management

Cross-train with Sales operation team during high volume months for supplier management order entry/tracking, SAP data entry, emissions document filing, quality tracking, customer issue resolution, meeting scheduling/note-taking, presentation preparation, spreadsheet/dashboard maintenance

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
