Executing development and implementation of the Lincoln dealer network strategy: dealer selection, qualification, dealer standards and facilities.
Bachelor’s degree and above,10 years+ working experiences and 5 years’ automotive industry experience. Sales, service, market representation. Experience in premium Auto brand is preferred. Strong understanding of dealership operations and business management. Cross functional Knowledge and Experience (Sales, Service, Marketing). Self-motivated, pro-active, responsible and enthusiastic. Good English and Chinese language skills, verbal and written. Excellent communication skills. Network selection/consolidation Facility and CI standards as well as implementation support with architect Support new dealer opening (both in facility preparation but also in business start up) as well as dealer exit Study innovative format and connect with future retail. Sign DSSA & track shareholding changes Maintenance of updated dealer data Supporting dealer meetings Implementation Dealer termination processes under the leadership of Network head. Dealer facility renovation coordination
