Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support of daily network operation and problem resolutionLiaise and coordinate with internal teams and vendors in the project implementation, operation and problem resolutionConfigure, install, testing and trouble shooting various network and telecommunication devices and services (including: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, Wi-Fi system, Call Manager, IP Telephony)Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurationsSelect and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the security policesWork within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructureProject management of park & resort expansion, system upgrade and enhancementPreparation of operational, training and project document

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science, or equivalent professional experience5 years of experience in technical support of networking systemsHands-on experience with network, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, structured cabling system and Telecom systems diagnosticAn effective team player with a proven ability to resolve problems professionally and systematically
