Requirements: Associate Degree in a technology-related field Cisco CCNA and CCNP certifications 8+years of experience with Cisco network solutions and equipment 4+ years of experience supporting VoIP technologies Strong knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, Arista datacenter equipment, BGP, Azure Cloud, and Cisco Unified Communications Experience with Palo Alto and Meraki firewalls, Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, Orion, and network monitoring tools Proficiency in scripting (BASH, Python, PowerShell) is a plus Qualities Required: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
