Description Robert Half Technology is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Chino Hills, CA to hire a full-time Network Engineer. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 remote) and is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Cisco Meraki technologies and a solid background in Windows Server administration. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a secure, high-performing infrastructure across a multi-site enterprise. Key Responsibilities: + Design, implement, and support network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco and Meraki technologies (firewalls, switches, APs) + Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, VPNs, and remote access solutions + Monitor and optimize network performance using tools such as SolarWinds or Meraki Dashboard + Assist with administration of Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP + Collaborate with IT and operations teams on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and expansions + Ensure high availability and security of network and server systems + Document configurations, procedures, and network diagrams in line with industry best practices Core Technical Requirements: + Cisco Meraki: Wireless, Switches, Firewalls + Cisco Routing & Switching (CCNA-level knowledge preferred) + VPN technologies (IPSec, Client VPN, Site-to-Site) + Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 + Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy + Network monitoring tools (e.g., Meraki Dashboard, PRTG, SolarWinds) Requirements Preferred Qualifications: + 4+ years of experience in a network engineer or systems/network administrator role + Previous experience supporting a manufacturing or multi-site environment + Strong documentation skills and adherence to change management + Cisco certifications (CCNA, Meraki) or equivalent experience is a plus Soft Skills: + Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking + Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills + Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment What’s in It for You: + Join a stable, growing manufacturing company with long-term career growth potential + Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package + Hybrid schedule with one remote day per week + Collaborative and supportive IT leadership Location: Chino Hills, CA | 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: $130,000 – $165,000 DOE + benefits Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
