What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, specifically with Cisco technologies, and will play a key role in the network refresh of all switches. This role requires a proactive individual with leadership qualities and project management skills to manage and optimize our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless and secure operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, configure, and implement Cisco network infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability. Utilize Cisco ISE, DNA Center, and Catalyst Center for network automation, security policy enforcement, and centralized management. Configure and troubleshoot complex switching technologies, including VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and EtherChannel. Monitor network performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy network solutions and resolve complex technical issues. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers and team members. Develop comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and topology. Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support. Manage network-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align network projects with organizational goals.
