Responsibilities:

Install, configure, maintain, and support network infrastructure, including switches, access points, routers, and firewalls. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing expert-level support to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Provide expertise to resolve technical incidents and system issues. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with security teams to align network infrastructure with internal security standards. Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations and mill specific processes.
 

What we’re looking for:

A proficient problem-solver passionate about continuous improvement. More than 5 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise networks. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or relevant industry certifications (CCNA, or CCNP). Familiarity with industry-leading hardware and tools such as Cisco, SolarWinds, Fortinet, and Palo Alto. Manufacturing sector experience (Honeywell, Rockwell) especially with industrial network requirements and standards, is a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented, self-organized, and a proactive self-starter. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a willingness to be on-call for critical network issues outside standard business hours. Demonstrate a flexible attitude and willingness to assist beyond core duties, contributing to various tasks and projects outside the primary area of expertise as the need arises.
