Job Responsibilities:

Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure for PCN networks. Working knowledge of RF infrastructure and standards supporting PCN/OT data transport Programming of network components (switches, routers, firewalls, etc) Provide support and manage Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for all control systems Support, administration and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, and software for PCN/Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) Servers and Workstations. Build systems as per companys standards, patch management, virus protection, and backup and recovery management. Maintain IP compliance of all equipment in PCN and DMZ by adhering/implementing companys Information Risk Standards. Maintaining up - to-date inventory as per companys standards. License management of all software installed on equipment in PCN and DMZ. Monitor reliability and health of PCN and DMZ equipment in the form of daily checks. Identify problems and implement corrective actions. Report all issues to management. Support and integrate information technology standards into the PCN environment. Supervise and control all vendors activities related to systems/subsystems during their visit to the facility Management of all licenses and software installed on equipment in PCN and DMZ

Key Skills/ Certifications/ Criteria:

8+ years of experience in Enterprise Network management Experience on support, administration and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, and software for PCN/Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) Servers and Workstations Associate or higher graduation CCNA is necessary PCNSA is desirable
