JD: Network Engineer (Fortigat Firewall)

Preferred CCNP or CCIE certified professional with 10+ years of network engineering and support experience Provide highest level (Level 4) network support to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. Proficient configuring cisco/Meraki routers, switches and Fortinet firewalls via command line interface Experience configuring with Cisco catalyst and Cisco nexus routers/switches Experience supporting Azure and AWS cloud networks Enterprise experience with firewalls such as Fortigate Perform general maintenance on routers, switches and firewalls. Troubleshoot issues in a complex LAN/WAN/WLAN enterprise, data center and cloud network environment. Interact professionally with customers and vendors as needed Must have In-Depth knowledge of Layer 3 routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, PIM, RIP, HSRP, VRRP Must have In-Depth knowledge of Layer2 protocols: STP, 802.1q, VPC, LACP Must have knowledge of traffic engineering and QoS Proficient with configuring and troubleshooting VPNs Proficient with network packet capture and analysis Proficient with creating network diagrams with MS Visio A thorough understanding of TCP/IP
