Job Description An employer is looking to add a Network Engineer to their team in the Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO. This person will join our clients Network Operations Center and be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the clients internal networks, hardware, and firewalls. They will provide troubleshooting support and respond to major incidents and outages as needed. It will be their job to work remotely with other internal teams to resolve issues within a timely manner. They will be responsible for triaging, first line troubleshooting, and escalations. Skills and Requirements 1-2 years of experience as a Network Engineer Preferably in a NOC setting Hands on configuration and troubleshooting experience with routers, switches, and load balancers Experience working with firewalls, changing policies and rules (Cisco and Juniper preferred) CCNA or CCNP Exposure for Visio for network designs Experience monitoring internal corporate networks with one or more of the following tools: Net Cool, Net Brain, Splunk, HPNA null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
