In-depth knowledge of Cisco LAN infrastructure and related systems including Catalyst 9k switches, Catalyst Center, and Identity Services Engine (ISE) In-depth understanding of networking and IP protocols (OSPF, BGP), Cisco Software Defined Networking (SD-Access) and Cisco Industrial switches In-depth knowledge of Cisco routing & switching, IOS-XE Software Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Excel, Sharepoint, and Teams Strong project management skills, organizational skills, personal discipline, interpersonal relationship skills and communication skills (written and oral) Strong process mindset – ability to create, improve, and follow effective & sustainable processes. High standards for Quality, technical & professional Excellence, and driving Efficiency.5+ 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

What you'll do….
Participate in Test, Certify and Release of Cisco Switches, software, and firmware for global network deployment. Provide Level 3/4 supports/troubleshoots network issues and coordinates new installation of such items as routers and switches, Software Defined solution (SDN) with appropriate vendors. Develop the solution to conducts tests of network redundancy, resilience, and failover of network elements to ensure up-time standards are fully achieved. Provide technical consultation to Network Planning & Network Operations teams. Work with other Network Service teams to Develop tools to automate the deployment, administration and monitoring of a network system. Works with cross functional teams to enhance and improve system operability.
