About the role

 

As a Network Engineer within Insight’s Infrastructure Managed Services Team, your primary role will be a Network Engineer on diverse and challenging customer projects. You will be a member of a team responsible for incident resolution and service request handling for a wide variety of networking technologies. Along the way you will:

Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot WAN and LAN connections for multiple clients. Use remote monitoring tools and protocol analyzers to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve network problems, including WAPs and controllers. Perform advanced, complex network analysis, identify problems, and determine solutions. Recommend enhancements to the network that will improve the quality, performance, security, and reliability of the network. What we’re looking for

Degree in Computer/Information Science, technical college, or equivalent work experience 7+ years progressive experience in networking Must have Palo Alto, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, and F5 experience. Juniper experience desired. Demonstrated associate to professional level technology and support experience for route/switch, security, wireless, etc. Certifications desired.
