Description We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's network infrastructure, including handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer records. This opportunity offers a short-term contract employment. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications. • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer credit records. • Manage the organization's Juniper-based network infrastructure across multiple campus locations. • Utilize your experience in enterprise network engineering, particularly with Juniper switches. • Apply your understanding of cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, using hands-on experience in O365 and Azure. • Work with virtualization platforms, specifically Nutanix, and integrate them with network systems. • Handle migrations and other tasks related to enterprise identity management solutions (e.g., OKTA to Microsoft solutions). • Apply extensive knowledge of networking protocols, security best practices, and troubleshooting tools. • Ensure the stability, scalability, and overall performance of the Nutanix virtual environment. • Utilize skills in Palo Alto Firewall, Firewall Configuration, Nutanix, O 365, and Microsoft Office 365. Requirements • Demonstrates strong expertise in Firewall, including Firewall Configuration. • Proficiency in Palo Alto Firewall is necessary. • Familiarity with Nutanix technology is required. • Must have experience working with Microsoft Office 365. • Knowledge and experience in Office 365 is essential.
